estaba enfermo y así está trabajando.. creo que no es higiénico ni correcto que este trabajando así.. puede contagiar a los demás!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal prepotente, necesitaba un medicamento para mi pequeño de urgencia, en la receta estaba muy claro el nombre del medicamento y mg, según la señora que me entendió no entendía el nombre de patente me negó la venta del medicamento. Para mí era urgente adquirirlo para dárselo a mi hijo de 8 años, en todo Tonalá no lo había, solo en este lugar, es muy triste ver que hagan estas cosas.
Overbearing staff, I needed a medicine for my little one urgently, in the prescription it was very clear the name of the medicine and mg, according to the lady who understood me, she did not understand the patent name, she denied me the sale of the medicine. It was urgent for me to acquire it to give it to my 8-year-old son, in all of Tonalá there was none, only in this place, it is very sad to see them do these things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necesitaba surtir una receta expedida por el hospital civil viejo con sus respectivas firmas y sellos, pero según el personal de la farmacia que me atendió no podía darme el medicamento por no llevar una receta membretada y expedida por un médico particular. El mismo personal humilló a mi madre cuando acudió a esta sucursal para intentar surtir sus medicamentos.
Son prepotentes, groseros y su comportamiento nos costó una visita a urgencias, ya que no pudimos comprar la medicina que necesitábamos.
I needed to fill a prescription issued by the old civil hospital with their respective signatures and stamps, but according to the staff of the pharmacy that attended me, they could not give me the medicine because I did not have a letterhead prescription issued by a private doctor. The same staff humiliated my mother when she went to this branch to try to fill her medications.
They are pushy, rude and their behavior cost us a visit to the ER as we couldn't buy the medicine we needed.
