★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble que tengas que esperar más de 25 minutos para poder hacer una compra. En todas las farmacias Guadalajara siempre es lo mismo con el mal servicio pero en esta está mucho peor.
It's amazing that you have to wait more than 25 minutes to make a purchase. In all Guadalajara pharmacies it is always the same with bad service but in this one it is much worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tienda se encuentra sucia constantemente. Las empleadas son nefastas y groseras en el turno matutino y nocturno, nunca tienen cambio, y se nota que odian su trabajo. Con respecto al surtido de la tienda podrían mejorar, pero el servicio es lo que le sigue de terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, personal mal capacitado, la encargada es muy grosera y no tiene la preparación suficiente para tratar a un cliente, lamentablemente esta sucursal tiene buenas y varias ofertas, pero sin duda prefiero pagar más en otro lugar qué recibir maltratos, groserías, burlas, comprar algo y que no me den mi ticket. Si pueden no vayan a esta sucursal y eviten un mal rato. Además el estacionamiento siempre esta lleno y no precisamente por clientes de la farmacia, porque ahí controlan los dale, dale, y los que si vamos a comprar debemos quedarnos en segunda fila, exponiendo que golpeen el coche o de plano buscar estacionarse más lejos.

Toca hacer fila para pagar y se cuando hay más de 5 personas se tardan mucho.
En la parte de mostradores del fondo (medicina) ni se diga... Desde años que voy a esta farmacia y siempre se tardan mucho.
No recomendable si llevas prisa o necesitas productos muy específicos.
