Hace un mes yo hice la compra de unos medicamentos que me urgían, pagué con tarjeta y como el lector se tardó en procesar el pago LA CAJERA (además de grosera, incompetente y poco profesional) reinició el lector y a la hora de volver a meter la tarjeta ya tenía fondos insuficientes, SE HABÍAN COBRADO EL MEDICAMENTO, por más que les enseñé el movimiento registrado en mi celular ME NEGARON LA ENTREGA DEL TICKET Y LOS MEDICAMENTOS, ¡¡¡SE HABÍAN COBRADO MÁS DE $1200.00!!!
El encargado de esta sucursal HÉCTOR MARTÍNEZ me dijo que NO SE HABÍA REGISTRADO LA COMPRA y Citibanamex me dice que SÍ. NINGUNO de los dos me apoyó en esta situación y PERDÍ MÁS DE $1200.00.
¡DEBEN DE SELECCIONAR BIEN A SU PERSONAL, porque sus cajeras son MUY GROSERAS! ¡Pésimo servicio al cliente!
¡¡¡PIENSEN MÁS DE DOS VECES EN HACER PAGOS CON TARJETA EN ESTE TIPO DE ESTABLECIMIENTOS!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio por parte de la señora María Becerril el día d hoy fueron mis tíos q vienen d visita de otro país a comprar las necesidades básicas comprando más de 1200 pesos y pidieron una bolsa para colocar sus productos comprados y esta señora mencionada les cobró 110 pesos por una bolsa q cuesta 15 pesos y ni siquiera hubo un ticket d q compraron la bolsa solo se les pide q tengan más cuidado con este tipo de personas abusivas
Bad service by Mrs. María Becerril today it was my uncles who come to visit from another country to buy basic needs buying more than 1200 pesos and they asked for a bag to put their purchased products and this lady mentioned charged them 110 pesos for a bag that costs 15 pesos and there was not even a ticket because they bought the bag they are only asked to be more careful with this type of abusive person
