★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta porque puedo encontrar lo que necesito, sin embargo hace unos dias trate de retirar una remesa y antes de formarme en la fila pregunte y me dijeron q Si había dinero ? y cuando me tocó mi turno en la fila la misma señorita a la que le pregunte, me dijo que no había dinero..... Lo peor fue q estoy lastimada de mi tobillo con clavos expuestos y tuve que esperar parada para que al final me dijeran que no había dinero ?
I like it because I can find what I need, however a few days ago I tried to withdraw a remittance and before forming in the line I asked and they said that if there was money ? and when it was my turn in the row the same lady to whom I asked him, he told me there was no money ..... The worst thing was that I am injured in my ankle with exposed nails and I had to wait for a stop so that in the end they told me there was no money ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio. Deberían de contratar mejor y mas amigable personal. En vez de ayidar a solucionar un problema o dar sugerencias, culpan a telmex, el sistema, esque... etc. Es UNA FARMACIA. En casos de emergencia su tienda y su personal NO FUNCIONA. Delante de la supervisora marque el teléfono para demostrarle que NADIE contesta. Se dio la vuelta y me dijo que eso es de Telmex. Otro supervisor o tienda que le importa el servicio al cliente tomara ACCIÓN ante un problema asi. En lugar de dejar a los clientes parados y darse la vuelta.
Terrible service. They should hire better and friendlier staff. Instead of helping to solve a problem or give suggestions, they blame telmex, the system, esque ... etc. IT'S A PHARMACY. In emergencies your store and its staff DOES NOT WORK. In front of the supervisor, dial the phone to show that NO ONE answers. He turned around and told me that this is from Telmex. Another supervisor or store that cares about customer service will take ACTION on such a problem. Instead of leaving customers standing and turning around.
