★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contestan los teléfonos, tienen que pedir los medicamentos a otras sucursales y las cajeras prefieren estar viendo los precios de los tamales y tortas de los alrededores, a atender a los clientes. El demás personal desalineado y sin importar la clientela, hablan con groserías, se les hace comentarios a los encargados, pero hasta ellos mismos son groseros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exigen el uso de cubrebocas al entrar, no está mal, pero ellos no los usan y cuando lo hacen se lo colocan mal.
Ya van como 3 veces que debo de esperar después de una compra, pues se les olvida poner un rollo de papel y no sale el ticket y con tal de no regalar la recarga, dicen que espere, pero tardan hasta 10 minutos y hasta se la pasan platicando.
Cuando les preguntas donde encontrar algún producto, te contestan con una actitud burlona como si ya supieras (si es que te dicen una chica me dijo "busca")

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si de alguna sucursal les dicen que tienen ahi el medicamento mejor esperen a que den las 12 am ? porque segun las señoritas que atienden hasta esa hora se actualiza su base de datos (jajajajajaa en esta epoca si una base de datos tiene que actualizarse horas despues estan fritos, mas si tienen venta en linea) Osea que si van probablemente no tengan el medicamento aunque de otra sucursal les aparezca que si lo tienen, o mejoran su personal o software encargado de su base de datos o entrenan bien a el personal para que argumente cosas mas reales. Un número telefónico le ahorraría a las personas andar vagando por la ciudad y sus sucursales buscando productos fantasmas en su base de datos. Pd. No contraten señoritas de cristal que inventan que uno grita, discrimina o insulta ??? ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEGLIGENCIA EN EL SERVICIO Y NEFASTO TRATO de parte de una dependienta de pelo güero y largo, quien solo PROPORCIONÓ NEGATIVAS SIN RAZON ALGUNA ante mi requerimiento de emergencia (11:53pm, abril 2022) para mí NIÑO CON AUTISMO y eso que vengo de la sucursal de Flores Magón donde me informaron que mi medicamento no lo tenían y de ahí me proporcionaron las sucursales que si lo tienen, entre ellas la de Lerdo (anexo fotos).
FARMACIAS SAN PABLO por cierto, cuenta con algunos descuentos para la población con credencial de discapacidad.
