★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy inutiles cuando se trata de una transacción de Western Union. A veces si me han podido ayudar y a veces no. Una vez tuve que decirle al señor que iba hablar con un gerente y resulta que siempre si pudo. Ya va la quinta vez que me mandan a otro lugar cua do si han podido realizar esta transacción anteriormente. Pésimo servicio y no muy simpáticos hacias los clientes y las necesidades de ellos.
Very useless when it comes to a Western Union transaction. Sometimes they have been able to help me and sometimes not. Once I had to tell the man that I was going to talk to a manager and it turns out that he always could. It's been the fifth time they have sent me to another place when they have been able to carry out this transaction before. Terrible service and not very friendly towards customers and their needs.
