★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, se me perdió un dinero les pedí de favor que si checaban las cámaras para asegurarme de que fue ahí, y me pusieron muchos peros y que tengo que enviar una carta hasta Guadalajara para porque ver las cámaras, y se ofendieron porque pensaron que les echaba la culpa, si solo pedí de favor que las checaran para ver si si fue ahí o no.
Very bad attention, I lost some money, I asked them if they would check the cameras to make sure it was there, and they gave me a lot of buts and that I have to send a letter to Guadalajara to see the cameras, and they were offended because they thought I blamed them, if I just asked them to please check them to see if it was there or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es toda una farmacia Guadalajara, con la misma variedad, surtido y calidad que en las demás sucursales de la ciudad.
El personal es muy amable, solo que en las horas pico se ven un poquito limitados por la gran cantidad de clientes que atienden, sin que eso signifique nada malo: lo único es que en lugar de decirte 40 palabras de cortesía y amabilidad solo te dicen 25, pero sin ningún otro menoscabo.
Bien por ellos: si siguen creciendo es porque su servicio es excelente y cuando inauguran una nueva sucursal es para llevar su servicio y calidad a mayor número de potosinos o para estar más cerca de ellos.

The staff is very friendly, only in peak hours they are a little limited by the large number of customers they serve, without that means anything bad: the only thing is that instead of saying 40 words of courtesy and kindness they only tell you 25, but without any other impairment.
