★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio telefónico. llevo mas de 20 intentos y nadie contesta. También llamé a la Sucursal. de Cafetales y es lo mismo. Ni hablar me voy a Farmacias san Pablo.
 Terrible phone service. I have more than 20 attempts and nobody answers. I also called the Branch. from Cafetales and it's the same. Not to mention I'm going to Farmacias San Pablo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es molesto que no te quieran vender algo que más que restricciones pareciera falta de conocimiento, sin ser medicamento controlado o antibiótico, argumentan que no se puede vender... siendo que en esta misma farmacia he adquirido las mismas gotas oftálmicas por más de un año, e incluso en pares... sin saber siquiera el componente de las mismas... Y su función únicamente es lubricar... la actitud del chico que me atendió fue bastante mala mostrando falta de criterio y experiencia...
Sugiero busquen personal más capacitado y con conocimiento farmacológico así como alguien que conteste el teléfono.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una de esas opciones utilísimas de la zona. Grande, bien surtida con medicamentos y abarrotes, también tiene clínica al lado. Las medidas de seguridad contra el COVID se han relajado bastante en las últimas semanas, lo cual me disgusta. Y su personal está decididamente dividido entre quienes son amables y quienes están ahí para estorbar. Afortunadamente los primeros casi compensan por los segundos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eso de que estén cambiando personal y sin capacitación, no está bueno y por otro lado el hecho que no tengan monedas para dar cambio, deja mucho de que hablar ya que es una cadena de farmacias importante creo yo!!!!!
