El 15 de mayo de 2020 hice una compra por $314.40 con tarjeta la sucursal Volcán Jorullo, Zapopan pero la máquina se quedó en espera y no dio el ticket de compra y cancelaron la cuenta al final salió un ticket pero no me lo dieron y pagué en la otra caja y hasta hoy 25 de mayo es hora que no regresan el dinero, cuando la cajera dijo que automáticamente se regresa el dinero y el movimiento no aparece en el banco pero el dinero si lo rebajaron del saldo. Hablo a la farmacia y es imposible comunicarse.

Soy un cliente asiduo de farmacias guadalajara y cliente frecuente de otras sucursales y quiero mencionar que esta es la peor farmacia guadalajara, el personal no esta muy capacitado, no sabe un sr lo que es hacer un deposito en amazon cash, me dijo que ellos no lo hacian... y es un movimiento que hago con frecuencia en otras farmacias, ademas en general las chicas no tienen buena actitud, no sonríen si les dices buenas noches no responden y te deja la sensación de que odian su trabajo... he acudido a esta sucursal de el COLLI unas 25 veces... mas por cercanía que por otra cosa y el trato siempre es el mismo. También he tenido la situacion si llevas algun producto como un cereal y haces fila para pagar algun medicamento no te lo quieren cobrar en el área de farmacia por lo cual te mandan a hacer fila otra vez con tu medicamento y tu producto a pagar en la caja de afuera. Esta es una pésima sucursal y solo la recomiendo para emergencias o mera cercanía
