★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy por la tarde acudí a sacarme unas fotografías, el requisito es pagarlas primero, después de pagarlas tardaron al rededor de 30 min. en entregármelas porque la chica que las saca estaba ocupada cobrando y los demás compañeros estaban platicando. Cuando le comento a la chica de caja que tienen muy mal servicio, en lugar de ofrecer una disculpa, se burlan de mi comentario ella y su compañera, como si yo estuviera bromeando. Espero que los supervisores se den cuenta de la mala atención de sus empleados y tomen cartas en el asunto. Habla muy mal de la Compañía en general que sus trabajadores den un mal servicio y además se burlen de los clientes por quejarse de ese mal servicio. Si se pudiera les daría cero estrellas
Today in the afternoon I went to take some pictures, the requirement is to pay them first, after paying them took about 30 min. in delivering them to me because the girl who takes them out was busy charging and the other classmates were talking. When I tell the cashier girl that they have very bad service, instead of offering an apology, they make fun of my comment she and her partner, as if I was joking. I hope that the supervisors realize the bad attention of their employees and take action on the matter. He speaks very badly of the Company in general that its workers give a bad service and also make fun of the clients for complaining about that bad service. If you could give them zero stars
