★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos productos pero pésimo servicio por parte de las dos señoras que atienden. Muy groseras y desconsideradas. Mi hijo de año y medio por el que fui a comprarle unas gotas desacomodó unos productos sin dañarlos siendo un niño pequeño y las dos mujeres se pusieron histéricas aun cuando se los acomode. No se daño ningún producto y si se hubiera dañado respetuosamente se los hubiera pagado. Pero aun así no dejaron de hostigar y gritar.
Good products but lousy service by the two ladies who attend. Very rude and inconsiderate. My year and a half son I went to buy a few drops discomforted some products without damaging them as a small child and the two women became hysterical even when they fit. No product was damaged and if it had been damaged respectfully it would have paid them. But still they kept harassing and shouting.

Llegue con mi bebe enfermo y en lo que me atendían el niño estaba inquieto movió unos frascos de plástico; los cuales yo volví a poner en su lugar y llame la atención. Pero en eso otra de las señoras le gritó a mi hijo y a mi me dijeron entre otras cosas, que estaban mal acomodados; que era una mala madre y con un hijo muy mal educado. Yo estaba con el niño pendiente de que no rompiera nada; y si hubiese roto algo corría con el gasto. Muy poca empatía a su paciente de 1 año 5 meses.
Excellent products Pity of attention. Zero customer service culture. I arrived with my sick baby and in what they treated me the child was restless moved some plastic jars; which I put back in its place and call attention. But in that, another of the ladies yelled at my son and they told me, among other things, that they were poorly accommodated; That she was a bad mother and with a very badly educated son. I was with the child waiting for him to break nothing; And if I had broken something, I would run with the expense. Very little empathy for his patient of 1 year 5 months.
