★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doble mala experiencia en esta sucursal las 3 personas que me atendieron los 3 leyeron la receta y aun asi se me dio el medicamento equivocado.
Al regresar inmediatamente con el recibo y los medicamentos de regreso reconocen su error y me dan el correcto.
Pero en el momento de la confusion no me regresan el segundo medicamento el cual tiene un valor de 1000.00
Les pido el medicamento el cual niegan que ellos lo tienen.
Pido por favor a la gerencia que revise las camaras y me ayude a solucionar este problema.
Las personas tienen que estar capacitadas para estar al frente de una farmacia.
Un error puede costar muy caro a la salud de las personas.
Double bad experience in this branch the 3 people who attended me the 3 read the prescription and even so I was given the wrong medicine.
Upon returning immediately with the receipt and the return medications they acknowledge their mistake and give me the correct one.
But at the time of confusion they do not return the second medicine which has a value of 1000.00
I ask them for the medicine which they deny that they have it.
Please ask management to check the cameras and help me fix this problem.
People have to be trained to be in charge of a pharmacy.
A mistake can cost people's health dearly.
