★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Pésima atención al cliente/ paciente y de plano no importa que se les llame para ver disponibilidad de fármacos. Aquí en Qro sólo hay 3 opciones para medicamentos especiales y está farmacia se va por necesidad pero no por su falta de todo.
Terrible service. Poor customer / patient care and no matter what they are called to see drug availability. Here in Qro there are only 3 options for special medications and this pharmacy is out of necessity but not because of its lack of everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece como si estuviera cerrado, de tres meses para hoy están unas dependientas que siempre te dicen que no hay, o que no te pueden vender por qué están haciendo inventario, o están hablando por teléfono, risa y risa, y llegas y te ponen una carita, por qué las interrumpes en su plática telefónica, y hoy llegué y estaba cerrado y sin las ocho de la noche, y me dice que no me pueden vender por qué no hay sistema! Siempre es una de pretextos, terrible servicio!!!
