L	Lorena Sandoval on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora que atiende es una prepotente rompió la única receta que teníamos del medicamento que solo esta farmacia exige, ni los médicos indican que es controlado y ellos así lo piden (es la única farmacia en México que pone sus propias reglas)( y lo compruebo) al no darles dinero para ellos no te venden la medicina y además si te quejas te rompen la receta quiero saber cómo denunciar. L	Lazaza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a esta farmacia a comprar algunas cosas para quimioterapia de mi papá y como yo no soy médico obvio no se los términos de cada cosa, solo fui con la receta que tenía y el chico que me atendió fue grosero y me apuraba todo el tiempo en vez de orientarme con los medicamentos que necesitaba comprar. Ojalá nadie más tenga esa mala experiencia pues fue frustrante haber comprado cosas que ni siquiera se usaron porque no eran las correctas ?? G	Gabriela Niño de Rivera Hoor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato fue pauperrimo, el vendedor ni siquiera se levantó de la silla y no sólo con nosotros hubo otros clientes y el trato fue el mismo, una de las clientes tenía derecho a unos descuentos que no se le aplicaron y el vendedor le giró el monitor para que viera que fue cosa del sistema, pero además de que el trato no tuvo el profesionalismo mínimo requerido por imagen de la empresa y cuando pensé que no podía ser peor, vi el monitor por la parte de atrás, es escrito y no es posible que en una farmacia especializada, tengan esa presentación, todo polvoso lleno de telarañas, pelusas, una situación insalubre para el giro del negocio, me parece imposible que no les pidan o contraten un servicio de limpieza que se encargue de esas labores que a final de cuenta es imagen de la misma empresa, entonces a mí parece no sirve de nada el que tengan tantas sucursales, un amplio inventario, cuando a final de cuentas la higiene del local (la parte que se ve) sea insalubre simplemente porque es una farmacia!! Cómo pretenden que tengamos la confianza de comprar artículos para la salud e higiene y el local se cae de mugre, perdón por la poca sutileza de mi comentario pero me fue imposible pasarlo por alto, pues no es la primera vez que me ocurre y no en la misma sucursal.
