★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This a small but well stocked pharmacy where the very nice people behind the counter speak English. It’s 300 feet from the south end of, and across Cameron Sabalo from, the El Cid Resort. This means they know what we gringos buy and they stock plenty of it. If you are staying at or anywhere near El Cid you would be crazy to go elsewhere. While they have decent prices, they can’t match Walmart. But if you factor in cab fare it’s actually less money out of your pocket. You can save and still support a locally owned small business. Win-Win.
