A BIG thank you for the team in Farmacía Mérida. We were travelling with our 1 year old boy in Mérida in February, and he had some issues with his eye due to a spider/mosquito/other kind of bug bite. They were super helpful even late in the evening, called a doctor immediately to get the best possible natural medication for him and gave us super recommendations. The eye got much better already the next day. We are really thankful, and we recommend them everyone who needs medication in Mérida. Their service is super kind, quick and professional. :-)

This pharmacy provided me with the most pleasant experience ever. I knew I needed antibiotics. However, I had trouble finding antibiotics at other pharmacies and was given simple pain relief pills at Walmart when I asked their pharmacist for antibiotics which made me feel worried about obtaining them before my infection worsened. When I decided to check this place out on a whim, they spoke fantastic English, listened attentively and worked together to come up with the best antibiotics for me. The one male pharmacist wrote me a prescription and gave me the antibiotics right away with clear instructions. You could tell they really cared about finding me the best treatment and were more than kind. If you need antibiotics, it may be best to go in the morning because I think the one pharmacist who can write prescriptions is only there in the mornings and evenings, but not in the afternoon. I believe they also have a doctor to whom I didn't need to speak directly. You may want to call them to confirm these last few details. Would 100% recommend going here!
