★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mi su mejor acierto, es ofrecer el producto genérico (mas barato) cuando el cliente no desea el producto de Marca, ya que creo que en 2018 las personas se dan cuenta de que el ingrediente activo es lo que cura. Eso hizo que esta farmacia ya tenga una sucursal más.
For me its best success is to offer the generic product (cheaper) when the customer does not want the brand product, since I believe that in 2018 people realize that the active ingredient is what heals. That made this pharmacy already have one more branch.
