★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia te hacen tu prueba de antígenos te dicen que los resultados te los dan en diez minutos, pasa más de media hora y que mejor te los mandan por muy tardar a las 9 de la noche, por correo porque no hay sistema. Y nunca me llegó nada, hablé a atención al cliente y me proporciona un número de teléfono de la sucursal, que nunca contestan. Tuve que ir personalmente a reclamar lo que yá había pagado y no me mandaban.???
Very bad experience, they do your antigen test, they tell you that the results will be given to you in ten minutes, more than half an hour goes by, and that it is better to send them to you by 9:00 at night, by mail, because there is no system. And nothing ever came to me, I spoke to customer service and they give me a phone number of the branch, which they never answer. I had to go personally to claim what I had already paid and they would not send me.???
