★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lentísimo el servicio para hacer una prueba covid, solo un "médico" atendiendo y fila de 10 personas con más de 3 horas esperando, dicen que empiezan a atender a las 7am y comenzaron a las 8:20am... Si de esperar se trata mejor va uno a los módulos de la ciudad de México pero estas pagando para mismo resultado y mismo tiempo de espera... Pésimo servicio.

La doctora muy prepotente y su atención al paciente PÉSIMA.
Llevo dos horas para tomar la prueba COVID y es hora que no avanza la fila.
Un paciente dió COVID ... según estaban sanitizando el consultorio y por éso desde las ocho de la mañana no atendía a la persona que seguía.
La doctora se la pasó más de una hora sentada tomando agua y platicando...todas las personas estábamos afuera quemándonos con el Sol, y ella como si nada.
En verdad si no desea trabajar o no le gusta su trabajo, que le dejé el lugar a alguien que si es profesional.

Acudí porque me confirmaron vía telefónica que aún estaban haciendo pruebas hasta las 8, llego en menos de 30 min de haber llamado por teléfono y resulta que cerraron el consultorio por “falta de personal”. ¿Tan difícil es que los empleados y Atención a clientes tengan mejor comunicación? Un abuso.
