★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos los días la alarma de esta farmacia suena a un volumen ensordecedor, sin motivo y sin que a nadie de Farmacia San Pablo le importe, esto es muy raro porque se supone que es a la gente que vivimos por aquí cerca a quienes nos pretenden vender. ¡Una vergüenza!, hagan algo Farmacia San Pablo, no ha de ser tan difícil arreglar esto o capacitar a su gente para enfocarse en el servicio al cliente, que esto aunque no les parezca lo es.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las doctoras pláticando y encerradas sin atendernos. Mi esposo vino por una inyección y tardamos 30 min en que se la aplicarán en lo que dejaban de platicar.
Cobran consulta para poner cualquier tipo de inyección por sus políticas.
The doctors talking and locked up without attending to us. My husband came for an injection and it took 30 minutes for them to apply it while they stopped talking.
They charge consultation to put any type of injection for their policies.

He comprado una medicina controlada por 9 años con los mismos datos y en un mes me dicen que raza, cuánto pesa el perro, la llevo como me han dicho y ahora resulta que falta la dirección, cuando he llevado la misma receta durante años!
Terrible service! Every time I go they give me an excuse to fill us with a prescription, they repeat, like Andresians, what one already knows. I have bought a controlled medicine for 9 years with the same data and in a month they tell me what breed, how much the dog weighs, I take it as they have told me and now it turns out that the address is missing, when I have had the same prescription for years!
