★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pienso que un call center de ventas no es quien para ver lo de los medicamentos ya que no saben y te dan lo que ellos creen que quieres. Pésimo servicio se supone que el número es de una farmacia a 1 klm de mi y resulta que que un agente telefónico sabe que no hay envíos cuando antes se realizaban sin problemas
I think that a sales call center is not the one to see about medications since they don't know and they give you what they think you want. Terrible service it is assumed that the number is from a pharmacy 1 km from me and it turns out that a telephone agent knows that there are no shipments when before they were made without problems

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las veces que he ido a la sucursal muy buena atención. Es cierto que no hay mucha disponibilidad de medicamentos como en otras farmacias pero ahí te pueden referir para visitar otra.
Lastima que no tengan consultorio ni lugar para hacerte pruebas COVID.
The times I have gone to the branch very good attention. It is true that there is not much availability of medicines as in other pharmacies but there they can refer you to visit another.
Too bad they don't have an office or a place to do COVID tests.
