★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vengo desde Tláhuac porque en su Call Center me indicaron que había médico disponible hasta las 9, llegué 8:30 y me dijeron que el doctor ya no me podía atender porque estaba tomando su "hora" de comida a las 8:30 PM y como estaban limpiando cerranron el consultorio, qué falta de profesionalismo...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En su página dice que no necesitas cita para hacerte la prueba de covid y al llegar ahí resulta que si necesitas cita, las cuales solo dan en la mañana y cierto número de citas, deberían de aclarar eso antes de solo hacer que uno vaya a lo tonto a contagiar o a ser contagiado porque ahí tienen a todos esperando sin ninguna separación y no hay aclaración con las citas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las pruebas de Covid 19, solo dan las fichas a las 8 AM, para que te hagan la prueba, Te dicen una franja de hora del día, para ir a que te hagan la prueba. ***Solo si ya sacaste tu ficha en la mañana***
No hay disponibilidad, si no sacaste ficha desde la mañana.
No es como dicen en la página de 8- 8pm. Solo por ficha y cita te atienden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si hacen pruebas covid, en el turno matutino a las 8am y vespertino 14pm.
Son 50 fichas por turno y se empiezan a formar entre 3 y 4 hrs antes de la hora, te dan una ficha asignada con el número horario en que te hacen la prueba, esto para no tener a toda la gente afuera, espero te sirva, esa fue mi experiencia
