La atención es muy deficiente, además del mal trato que brinda el personal.

Recomiendo descargar la app, desde que empezó la pandemia he estado pidiendo mis medicamentos y artículos de higiene personal, todo ha llegado puntual y el trato de los repartidores es excelente. A demás siempre hay promociones y el toque de la muestra de té con tu compra es genial.

La doctora, hace la prueba, parece prácticamente y ni una servilleta te dan después de la lastimada de nariz que te dan!!

Dice 24hras pero solo se ve abierta, tocas el timbre y nadie atiende, tienen un letrero pequeño que dice 'cerrado'. Pésimo.

Pésimo servicio, no vayan si tienen una emergencia no abren la ventanilla dice que son 24 h estuve más de 20 min esperando, y estaban ordenado estantes, me abrieron pedí medicamento y de nuevo se tardaron para decirme que no había. Me dijeron que en la de constituyentes estaba el medicamento pero allá tampoco me abrieron. No vayan a esas farmacias

Confirmó los comentarios. Hice una compra anticipada debido a que no tenían lo que buscaba y fui el día de hoy a recoger mi producto (ya pagado) y resulta que no les ha llegado. Ellos pusieron fecha y hora de llegada…..ni modos seguiré esperando

La farmacia es buena pero la que atiende es BIEN mamo** me atendió de muy mala gana fatal y no soy nada exagerado. Todo porque creí que en la página había todo lo que dice.

I have visited two different Farmacia San Pablo (Bernardo Quintana and Constituyentes) here in Queretaro and found them both to be very bright, clean, and well organized. While looking around the aisles of both pharmacys, I was approached and offered help in locating items. I found many toiletry items on their shelves that I have not been able to find in several of the large grocery stores here in Queretaro. The reason I did not give them a higher rating was because I found their pharmacists (Farmacia San Pablo Constituyentes) to not be very helpful when filling a prescription. The first time I ran into an issue with the pharmacist was when the doctor did not specify the number of pills so they automatically default to the lowest amount available to supply and told me that they do not have telephones at the pharmacy to call the doctors to rectify any questions or issues with a prescription. I had to schedule another doctor appointment and wait two weeks in order to fill that prescription. The second time my prescription from another doctor was lacking a particular stamp and they could not call the doctor nor could they look up the doctor in their computer system to verify their identity. I had to again make another doctor appointment, pay for an additional doctor visit to rectify that issue and the doctor told me that they should have been called instead of me having to make another appointment which I was charged for. I have since taken all prescriptions written by doctors to Farmacias del Ahorra and had them filled there without ANY problems. I will continue to buy toiletry articles at Farmacia San Pablo but will NEVER fill another written prescription with their pharmacy.
