★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dice que hay consulta hasta las 9pm pero no es cierto. Ya que hay una hora de comida para la doctora y eso no lo ponen, deberían anunciar bien los horarios para no hacer perder el tiempo a los pacientes.
 It says that there is consultation until 9pm but it is not true. Since there is a lunch hour for the doctor and they don't put that on, they should announce the hours well so as not to waste the patients' time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención y actitud de las señoritas de mostrador, solo un par de personas se ven comprometidas con la atención al cliente... Las señoritas de las cajas dan un trato de 5a y como si nos fueran a regalar el medicamento... Solo aguanté el mal trato porque el medicamento que necesitaba mi familiar está agotado en todas partes...
Bad attention and attitude of the ladies at the counter, only a couple of people are compromised with customer service... The ladies at the registers give a 5a treatment and as if they were going to give us the medicine... I just put up with it the bad treatment because the medicine that my family member needed is out of stock everywhere...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los consultorios están limpios pero son muy lentos en el servicio de consulta, que si la doctora está en su descanso, que si está comiendo, que si el cambio de turno, y así se pasa el tiempo… el cambio de turno es a las 2 pm, son 2:17 y no he pasado, soy la primera, estoy desde las 12:45. Esto me ha pasado las 3 veces que he venido en la mañana en diferentes horarios.
También comentar que 2 días antes vine y la doctora de la mañana me dijo que no tenía infección en garganta y solo me mando ibuprofeno y un enjuague bucal, hoy me despierte con ardor horrible en el pecho y tos y pues si tengo infección, me gustaría que pusieran más atención en eso, entiendo que revisan con miedo por el tema COVID pero yo llevaba mi prueba negativa.
El doctor de los sábados muy acertado y si revisa bien, lo recomiendo pero desafortunadamente uno no escoge el día que se enferma. ??♀️
Me gusta el servicio pero hay temas por mejorar.
The offices are clean but they are very slow in the consultation service, what if the doctor is on her break, what if she is eating, what if the shift change, and so time passes... the shift change is at 2 o'clock pm, it's 2:17 and I haven't passed, I'm the first, I've been there since 12:45. This has happened to me the 3 times that I have come in the morning at different times.
Also comment that 2 days before I came and the doctor in the morning told me that I did not have a throat infection and she only sent me ibuprofen and a mouthwash, today I woke up with horrible burning in my chest and cough and well if I have an infection, I would like that they pay more attention to that, I understand that they check with fear due to the COVID issue, but I had my negative test.
The doctor on Saturdays is very successful and if he checks well, I recommend him, but unfortunately you don't choose the day you get sick. ??♀️
I like the service but there are issues to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La farmacia es muy céntrica, amplia y bien surtida. Tienen consultorio muy profesional. Son amables y el lugar es impecable. Siempre hay estacionamiento. Tienen medicina de patente así como genérica.
The pharmacy is very central, spacious and well stocked. They have a very professional office. They are friendly and the place is immaculate. There is always parking. They have patent medicine as well as generic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Déspota, grosero de las mujeres del mostrador. Solo un muchacho amable. sin señalamientos de turnos o fila. Mejor tratar de conseguir en walmart o soriana que están cerca o farmacias Guadalajara. O alguna otra sucursal de San Pablo pero no en esta de cuitlahuac!!!
Terrible service. Despot, rude of the women at the counter. Just a nice boy. no turn signals or queue. It's better to try to get it at Walmart or Soriana, which are close by, or Guadalajara pharmacies. Or some other branch in San Pablo but not in this one in cuitlahuac!!!
