★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primera y última vez que me presento en esta sucursal, llevo comprando productos dermatológicos en las farmacias San Pablo durante años debido a que tengo varias condiciones en la piel, en cuanto entré nadie me auxilió, las dos empleadas ahí trabajando estaban platicando entre sí, yo mismo tuve que encontrar mi productos en los anaqueles , en cuanto la chica vio que iba a abrir la caja con la crema para corroborar que el producto estuviese ahí y dirigirme a pagar, corrió hacia mí y lo quitó de mis manos diciéndome que “los clientes no pueden abrir las cajas” en serio?…entiendo la política de que los clientes no pueden abrir las cajas, entonces se nos debería de informar en cuanto entremos a la tienda y obviamente necesitaremos que se nos auxilie. Pésimo sabor de boca me ha quedado de esta sucursal.

I have a terrible taste in my mouth from this branch.

También en medicamentos tiene su propia marca genérica, aunque maneja un precio más caro que en Dr. Simi.

Las opciones en genéricos no están siempre disponibles y el encargado de realizar pruebas de detección de Covid-19 se altera por cualquier cosa que no esté contemplada en lo que memorizó, le pregunte por otra sucursal y me soltó la mis a perorata que acaba de decir, cuando le volví a hacer la pregunta por tercera vez me barrió sobre su hombro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vienen por una prueba de antígenos para la detección de COVID, tienen que llegar desde las 6:30 am. Aproximadamente a las 7:00 am empiezan a entregar fichas y son solo de 30 a 60 fichas por día. Tomen precauciones. Se entrega sólo dos fichas por persona.

Pero que ellos no podían inyectar, que porque no saben, y no está el enfermero. ¿Asistentes de qué son, entonces, si no saben ni poner una inyección?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo sistema se tarda cómo 1 mentada hora en entrar a una simple consulta, demasiado protocolo, no respetan lugar, y tienen a gente que han dicho que van por prueba covid y los tienen encerrados ahí con nosotros en un lugar tan pequeño sin ventilación, cuando deberia hacer fila a fuera. jamas volvería y ni recomendaría este lugar, además cuando entras a comprar algo siempre te tratan como criminal y el mentado policía te está respirando atrás todo el tiempo.
Terrible system, it takes about 1 hour to enter a simple consultation, too much protocol, they do not respect the place, and they have people who have said that they are going for a covid test and they have them locked up there with us in such a small place without ventilation, when I should line up outside. I would never go back and I would not recommend this place, also when you go to buy something they always treat you like a criminal and the mentioned police is breathing behind you all the time.
