Rapid antigen Covid test is provided here, in and out in 15 minutes. They give you a printout, not an email. US accepts this document through Verifly if taking American Airlines. Very smooth transaction, costs $338 pesos for the test ($15.91).

Came in for a Covid test to re-enter the U.S. at 12 PM. Was told by security that Covid test don't start until 2 PM. Came back at 2:30 PM. Was told by security guard that I have to sign up for a time slot to do the actual Covid test. Most slots were full since they only take about 8 people per hour. I was able to get a 6 PM slot. Came back at 6 PM, they give you a piece of paper to pay for the test at the pharmacy counter inside the store, came back to the side office, filled out a form, did the test, waited 20 mins and got the results with a paper print out with everything the CDC requires. Make sure to confirm your info matches the print out. My DOB was off by 1 year. They printed a new one for me very quickly. I was done with everything around 6:45 PM. Cost for the rapid antigen test was $330 pesos. Much cheaper than my hotel, which charge $1300 but with the convenience of doing it in the comfort of your own room. It was a bit annoying to come back and forth but I saved some money and staff was very nice. Spent the $1000 I saved on a good dinner. Also, little to no English spoken so have Google translate ready or learn Spanish. My 4 years of highschool Spanish was enough to get by. TLDR: come at 1:50pm, sign up for covid testing time slot, get voucher, pay $330 at counter, do test, check your info, get print out.

Just got covid test done today, walked in at around 3 pm small clinic to left of main pharmacy, ask for covid test, she gives you a slip, pay cashier, return to lady with receipt, fill out forms with basic info (no passport information asked, just make sure it matches your passport name) got tested right away, wait 20-30 minutes for paper with your info and results on it. You get nothing back via email. 338 Mexican pesos. This pharmacy was the closest/cheapest to our hotel near El Zocalo, the main square in centro Mexico. Our hotel wanted 1500 Mexican pesos for the test and even cheaper than what are airlines labs had setup.

Covid test for back to US 17$ antigen. They start testing ether at 8, or at 10 in the morning. You get a barcode in clinic next door, pay for test in pharmacy , back in clinic fill in the paper, have test - ready in 30 minutes. They give you physical paper, no email. Nobody speaks English.

Excellent option for covid testing if flying to US. The rapid test is 338 pesos. Walked right up and was able to do it on the spot. Results via print out in 30 minutes. Plenty of stuff around to kill 30 minutes while you wait as well.

Super easy and fast COVID test. Ask for a slip from the clinic near the steps. Take the slip to the cashier in the store, pay, then go back to the clinic to fill out forms and wait. I got the test within 10 minutes of arriving. Results were ready in 15. Staff was very helpful and polite.

Rapid Covid Antigen tests. Not obvious, but you need to queue at the clinic door to the left first to collect the barcode, then go into the pharmacy on the right and pay for the test, then come back out to the clinic to show them your receipt, then they'll give you a form to fill out while you wait for a test, took about an hour all in, they only do testing every few hours, definitely at 8am, 12 and 6pm, only costs $338 good luck!

COVID tests $338mx about $17usd, go to the clinic to get the barcode to pay at the pharmacy, then go back and get your paperwork to fill out and then you get tested. It was busy when we came but worth it to just get it done. There is an ice cream place next door that is great while you wait for results.
