★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte del laboratorio mi consultorio te hacen esperar demasiado la gente solo esta platicando adentro y como no puedes pasar pues te tienes que esperar tuve que ir a buscar una papelería ya que uno tiene que llenar el formulario y no te prestan bolígrafos y es más perdida de tiempo de verdad solo por que aquí me mandaron del trabajo si no, no es una buena opción

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas promociones de medicina genérica, el personal es amable aunque si a veces se ponen muy exigentes con las recetas, mi sobrina enfermó de covid y me tocó ir a surtir su receta, lamentablemente por el estado de angustia en el que estaba la familia y el nerviosismo, derramaron café sobre la receta y pues fue un accidente, resulta que no la querían recibir que porque son lineamientos creo de la secretaria de salud, aun que se veia clara la cedula profesional y los medicamentos, después de insistir con el encargado la surtieron, ojala sean más felxibles en ese aspecto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en consultorio con las doctoras del turno vespertino. La doctora es muy incompetente para atender a los niños, no tiene paciencia aparte de que es muy estúpida. La doctora se molesta si el niño llora, o sea, va enfermo, ¿Cómo quiere que se tranquilice?, es una doctora muy déspota. Si llevan a sus niños enfermos les va a pedir que los caminen en el pasillo hasta que según ella se tranquilicen. Una doctora muy pendeja para hacer su trabajo, en pocas palabras.

Tuve la mala fortuna de ser atendido por la Srita. RITA CRUZ CASTILLO, en ningún momento me saludó y en ningún momento tuvo la amabilidad de decirme "por favor o gracias", desconozco si en momentos previos había sido acreedora de algún regaño por parte de jefes o superiores pero en ese momento la atención fue pésima, de mala gana y malos modos e inclusive hasta en un tono déspota de su parte y me llevé muy mala experiencia, pese a hacer compras que superaban 2 mil pesos de medicamento. La atención por parte del personal de consultorio es extraordinaria por parte de las 2 enfermeras, siempre ha sido de una calidad excelente y una calidad humana maravillosa.
