No regreso; hoy más temprano, aproximdamente a las 11 y 20 p.m. fui a la farmacia porque necesita unos medicamentos de urgencia. Al llegar noté que la puerta principal estaba cerrada. Pero el establecimiento cuenta con una leyenda de "24 horas" al exterior, por lo que no dudé en acercarme para que me dieran servicio. Al llegar a la puerta, el guardia que se encontraba al interior me hizo señas muy groseras señalando que me marchara. Así que intenté tocar al cristal de la ventanilla para que el encargado del mostrador me escuchara y me atendiera, pero al hacerlo el guardia me amenazo físicamente con su cachiporra. Por lo que decidí marcharme y dejar de perder el tiempo. Así que fui hasta el departamento de urgencias del hospital Satélite para que me hicieran favor de proporcionarme los medicamentos que necesitaba.
Personal y socialmente me siento terriblemente indignado pues gracias a Dios mi urgencia no era de vida o muerte y hubo una organzación con la capacidad de ayudarme y responder adecuadamente. Pero... ¿Qué tal si una madre necesita un inhalador para su hijo pequeño? ¿Qué hacer negarle el servicio? ¿Amenzarla con un arma blanca? ¡Ella sólo quería pagar por medicina que le urgía! Definitivamente se debería castigar esta negación a la salud, así como el manejo de publicidad engañosa y desleal.

El servicio dentro de lo que llamamos la “Nueva Normalidad” implica que solo puede entrar una persona, el guardia en la entrada te proporciona a gel antibacterial y toma tu temperatura, stickers en el piso para señalar la sana distancia y todo el personal utiliza caretas y cubrebocas.
La atención buena como siempre.
