★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es sumamente amable, entras a la farmacia y enseguida te atienden, te apoyan con los productos que necesitas, te brindan información e incluso te recomiendan otras marcas (tratando de venderte productos que no necesitas), se entiende pues son vendedores, pero sólo basta con decir claramente que no lo requieres, los precios son accesibles para productos dermatológicos, en la zona de cajas hay personal al pendiente del buen trato al cliente, por si tienen algún asunto en especial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia comprando con entrega a domicilio. Esperé 4 horas y nunca llegaron cuando dicen que te llegan de 30 a 45 minutos. El personal del call center solo dan largas para no darte solución y te indican que te devolveran la llamada con la solución fuera de su horario de call center. Una verdadera tomada de pelo. Cancelaré y mejor iré a farmacias del ahorro donde está 100 más barato el medicamento. ¿Por qué lo pedí entonces en farmacia San Pablo? Porque presumen su "execelente servicio" a cambio del sobre precio. Son una basura!!
Terrible experience buying with home delivery. I waited 4 hours and they never came when they say 30 to 45 minutes arrive. The call center staff only take long to avoid giving you a solution and they indicate that they will call you back with the solution outside of their call center hours. A real tease. I will cancel and better I will go to savings pharmacies where the medicine is 100 cheaper. Why did I ask for it then in San Pablo pharmacy? Because they boast their "excellent service" in exchange for the over price. They are rubbish !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una buena farmacia que contiene casi surtido de productos de salud, cosméticos dermatológicos etc. recomendable si compras físicamente, en línea, solamente que sea un horario donde todo mundo esté despierto, por ello sí sugiero que especifiquen su horario de servicio tanto en línea y en mostrador, ya que en su página dicen una cosa y aquí en google maps otra, supuestamente tienen servicio las 24 hrs cosa que es mentira, yo solicitaba unos medicamento urgentemente a eso de las 11pm y no tenían servicio, al día siguiente pregunté el horario y me dijeron que es de 7 am a 10 pm, entonces lo recomendable comprar físicamente.
