★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Llamo para comprobar si hacen prueba covid y me dicen que sí. De 8am a 8pm. Cuando llego me dicen que no hay doctor que me tengo que ir a otra. Reclamo a la chica la información que me han dado por teléfono y me dice literalmente: vale!
Servicio al cliente penoso.
 Terrible service. I call to check if they do covid test and they say yes. From 8am to 8pm. When I arrive they tell me that there is no doctor that I have to go to another. I ask the girl for the information they gave me on the phone and she literally tells me: okay!
Terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el de prueba covid, acudí a sucursal y te dicen que tienes que hacer cita, marcas y te dicen que ya no es por cita, que tienes que acudir a sucursal. Llegué incluso en el primer turno del día, antes de las 8 de la mañana y salieron a comentar que ya no había espacio en el turno de la mañana, que tenía que volver a ir hasta las 2 de la tarde para volverme a formar. Pésimo servicio del personal y pésima organización.
Terrible service for the covid test, I went to the branch and they tell you that you have to make an appointment, you mark and they tell you that it is no longer by appointment, that you have to go to the branch. I even arrived on the first shift of the day, before 8 in the morning, and they came out to comment that there was no longer room for the morning shift, that I had to go back until 2 in the afternoon to get back in line. Terrible staff service and terrible organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio, te hacen esperar demasiado, para que al final no te quieran vender la medicina o no la tengan, ya he visto varios casos así y no me quedaron ganas de regresar. Además la gerente es cero amable. No compren allí.
Terrible service, they make you wait too long and that in the end they don't want to sell you the medicine or they don't have it, I've already seen some cases like this and I didn't feel like going back.
Also the manager is very rude. Don't buy there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO, llegue a las 9:10 am para realizar prueba de covid y la persona del consultorio dice que el servicio es después de las 10 am, sin embargo en la página de internet dice que el servicio es desde las 8am. Les digo que esperare y aún cuando hay una sala de espera y no hay nadie me pide que espere afuera con el sol a todo lo queda. Un minuto después sale otra enfermera y me da una ficha y me solicita que pague la prueba en la farmacia. Regreso, lleno un formulario y me hacen la prueba. Debo esperar 15 min porque no la envían digital y AFUERA, aunque hay lugar de espera me piden que espere en la calle. Pésimo pésimo servicio
AWFUL SERVICE, I arrived at 9:10 am to take a covid test and the person in the office says that the service is after 10 am, however on the website it says that the service is from 8 am. I tell them that I will wait and even when there is a waiting room and no one is there, they ask me to wait outside with the sun all that remains. A minute later another nurse comes out and gives me a token and asks me to pay for the test at the pharmacy. I come back, fill out a form and they test me. I have to wait 15 minutes because they don't send it digitally and OUTSIDE, although there is a waiting place, they ask me to wait on the street. lousy lousy service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went here. They were one of the few places to get a Covid test on a Sunday (open until 20:00). It was quick, easy, efficient, and they actually do the correct procedure unlike some other places I've seen in Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m really surprised at all the negative reviews. I had a great experience getting a Covid test on a Sunday around noon. I walked into the clinic and was instantly given a number to take to the pharmacy. Paid my $338 and went back to the clinic to fill out paperwork. 2 minutes later i got called back for the test. I do wish they had some shade outside where you have to wait the 20 minutes for your results but other than that, absolutely no complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called ahead to verify that they were performing Covid testing. Until 20:00 the woman confirmed. I traveled 30 minutes and arrived at 18:00 to be told they aren’t doing Covid testing. The sign on the door of clinic/consultorio specifically says that it is open until 20:00 on December 31. Wish they hadn’t wasted our time.
