★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido a esta sucursal en varias ocasiones y hasta antes de hoy el servicio había sido bueno, coincido con otro comentario, hay quien tiene vocación y hay quienes no tienen tacto para dar un mensaje.
Con la pandemia e incluso antes de ella he tenido consultas médicas virtuales y por ende la receta también me la envían por foto o archivo, en distintas farmacias hacen el registro en el sistema de la cédula y folio de la receta sin embargo en esta sucursal en específico me indicaron de muy mal modo que si no es física no dan el antibiótico y hasta con regaño salí.
Sugeriría que hubiera un sistema más actualizado con las recetas digitales o indicar que en estas farmacias no aplica la cuestión virtual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anuncian un horario para laboratorio en su página, llamas y te dicen que si que es ese que no necesitas cita, llegas tres horas antes drl cierre y te dicen que ya no hay fichas!!!! Muy mal servicio por la distancia que uno cubre!!

Fui por un medicamento controlado y la mujer estuvo sobando la receta por un buen tiempo que para ver si era auténtica. De verdad ése es el método para verificar la autenticidad de un documento? Con no regresar es suficiente.
