★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo un problema de salud, como consecuencia muy mal cabello; hoy fui por un shampoo medicinal y mientras esperaba ser atendida una mujer me abordó para promocionar colágeno, mi interés era cero y lo demostré, no se despegó de mi insistiendo que era bueno para el cabello, no tuve otra que ser cortante. Muy pesada esa mujer, muy intrusiva, inapropiada. Tengan más cuidado.
 I have a health problem, as a consequence very bad hair; today I went for a medicinal shampoo and while I was waiting to be attended to, a woman approached me to promote collagen, my interest was zero and I showed it, she did not detach herself from me insisting that it was good for hair, I had no choice but to be sharp. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay queja respecto al personal que se encuentra físicamente atendiéndote en la farmacia; sin embargo, los repartidores son groseros. La ubicación de esta farmacia es cercana a mi domicilio y cuando no puedo ir físicamente, hago los pedidos a domicilio vía app y adiciono, en cada compra, el bono de satisfacción del cliente pero la sorpresa es cuando vienen a entregarme porque el repartidor se molesta porque no les otorgas la propina en efectivo. Al ver la app, pareciera que ese bono de satisfacción es para el repartidor, porque incluso hay una ilustración al lado del concepto del bono de una persona en una moto.
There is no complaint regarding the staff that is physically assisting you in the pharmacy; however, the delivery guys are rude. The location of this pharmacy is close to my home and when I can't go physically, I make home orders via the app and add, with each purchase, the customer satisfaction bonus, but the surprise is when they come to deliver me because the delivery man gets annoyed because you don't give them the tip in cash. Seeing the app, it seems that this satisfaction bonus is for the delivery man, because there is even an illustration next to the bonus concept of a person on a motorcycle.
