★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio nos hicieron esperar 3hrs para un certificado médico y al final del día no nos atendieron debido a que la señora de la limpieza apenas iba empezaría a limpiar, no nos atendieron SOLO ERA UN CERTIFICADO MÉDICO MAL SERVICIO, DISPONEN DEL TIEMPO DE LA GENTE ES LA PRIMERA VEZ QUE VENGO, NO RECOMIENDO LO RECOMIENDO 0 ATENCION AL CLIENTE.
Terrible service they made us wait 3 hours for a medical certificate and at the end of the day they did not attend us because the cleaning lady was just going to start cleaning, they did not attend us IT WAS ONLY A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE BAD SERVICE, THEY HAVE PEOPLE'S TIME THE FIRST TIME I COME, I DO NOT RECOMMEND I RECOMMEND IT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Covid: De las pocas que todo el tiempo están realizando pruebas covid. Aunque hoy en día atienden por bloques de 11 personas por hora. No te notifican al llegar.
Los pasos son: formarse, cuando toque tu bloque te preguntarán el motivo de la prueba y te darán 2 copias del formato que se llena, te dan un código de barras para que pases a farmacia a pagar (se respeta el orden inicial de la fila al salir de pagar) y se ingresa. La prueba y la entrega de resultados es rápida. Dependiendo la demanda es lo tardado para pasar.
