★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qué onda con el servicio a domicilio. Pedí una caja de paracetamol y ya se tardaron dos horas en entregar. La farmacia está a 10 min de mi domicilio. Entiendo el tiempo de espera por la situación, pero esto es ridículo. Ya nadie me contesta en el call center por la hora. Qué molesto!
 What's up with the home service. I ordered a box of paracetamol and it already took two hours to deliver. The pharmacy is 10 minutes from my home. I understand the wait time for the situation, but this is ridiculous. No one answers me at the call center for the hour. How annoying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una buena empresa, pero no todo su personal está capacitado. Algunos tardan mucho en atender y se equivocan bastante. Una atención de 7 minutos me la han vuelto media hora porque meten mal los datos en su sistema y deben corregir y cancelar.
It is a good company, but not all of its staff are trained. Some take a long time to attend and are quite wrong. An attention of 7 minutes has returned half an hour because they put the data wrong in their system and they must correct and cancel.

Consultorio: MUY DESAGRADABLE (Atendió Dra. Isela López), súper grosera, esperamos más de 40 minutos para que nos diera una papeleta, nos gritó, etc., seguramente estaba muy presionada porque era la única atendiendo, sin embargo, no tiene por qué tratar al cliente así. Sí, somos enfermos, pero clientes. Pedí la devolución de mi dinero y espero NUNCA volvérmela a topar.
