Cuando pregunté porque se tardan tanto en entregar me dijeron que por la carga de trabajo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno habla a San Pablo para perguntar si hay pruebas COVID en Av. Stim, le pasan a la sucursal, le dicen que sí y cuando llega que siempre no. Pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llame para saber los horarios de pruebas covid y la operadora me dice que esta hasta las 8 de la noche, llego a el consultorio y resulta que solamente trabajan hasta la una y media de la tarde. Llame a atencion a clientes y despues de explicarle lo que sucedio me dice que los horarios de cada sucursal varian. Ademas eso no me lo mencionaron cuando llame para saber hasta que hora tenian. La farmacia en si no tiene un numero directo para llamar, por eso tienen informaciones distintas, un desastre.
