★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad no se como llamarlo compré una lata de leche que viene emplayada pero no me fijé que era etapa 2 y yo necesito etapa 1 mi bebé tiene apenas 3 meses...la saque del emplayo pero las latas están cerradas..y no.me quisieron hacer el cambio.... estoy triste cknl esta muy cara y me quede sin leche y sin cambio....

En si la recomiendo puedes tener la teatralidad de que si no quieres salir puedes pedir adomicilo sin costo alguno en una compra mayor a $150 aproximadamente

En la primera dijeron que había que hacer cita como si se tratase de un consultorio particular, que podían atendernos en 1 o 2 horas y el dr. la recepcionista y la mujer de limpieza estaban sentados platicando sin hacer nada.
Esta segunda ocasión, ponen un letrero que las consultas inician 10:00 am, 10:20 y no dicen nada, el consultorio cerrado porque lo están "sanitizando" y el personal sentado platicando sin hacer nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene poco tiempo relativamente, lo que me agrada es que el personal te pregunta si no necesitas algo más y por ejemplo que si compraste unas pastillas te ofrecen un agua y eso no lo hacen en farmacias más convencionales también revisen desde su inventario en sistema si es que no encuentran algo, se me hizo muy eficiente el trabajo del personal.

No respetan el horario de servicio que mencionan llegas a la s 7 y que atiende la doctora hasta las 8 el personal carece en su totalidad de capacitación para servicio al cliente o como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, Traje a mi madre de la tercera edad con dolor y le piden llene un aviso de privacidad cuando esté lo pude haber llenado yo debido al estado de mi madre !!
La pregunta sería a farmacia san Pablo si realmente. Quieren ofrecer este servicio o bien que capaciten a su personal debidamente a atención al cliente. O en el mejor de los casos retirar el servicio de consultas médicas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for travel COVID testing. They offer rapid testing at a decent price. Hours are good considering the holidays. You have to check in at the “consultorio” then go pay at the pharmacy then come back to the consultorio to get your test done. Nothing too complicated, but would’ve been nice to get all done in one place. I’m sure there’s a reason for it. Nice and courteous staff.
