1. No se puede solicitar una hora, te dan el turno que sea que sigue.
2. Tienen 10 turnos por hora.
3. Los turnos para la tarde son desde las 3:00pm.
Eso ocasiona que haya gente esperando por más tiempo.
Funcionaba sin problema alguno cuando era por orden de llegada.
No hay consulta médica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente no conocía esta sucursal y me encantó: excelente ubicación a unos metros de Circuito Interior y de las colonias con más afluencia y negocios de distintos giros en la zona central de la CDMX (edificio Pemex, Plaza de las Estrellas, mercado y jardín del Arte,etc.)
Regresando a la farmacia, cuenta con amplio surtido; es de las pocas sucursales cercanas que cuentan con servicio de laboratorio, con muy buenos precios y variedad de estudios. El personal es muy amable, tanto de la farmacia como el del laboratorio; éste último, es muy agradable, te alienta y te trata muy bien, con una gran sonrisa. Los felicito ampliamente.
Un lugar muy recomendable.
I honestly did not know this branch and I loved it: excellent location a few meters from Circuito Interior and the neighborhoods with the most influx and businesses of different types in the central area of CDMX (Pemex building, Plaza de las Estrellas, market and Art garden ,etc.)
Returning to the pharmacy, it has a wide assortment; It is one of the few nearby branches that have a laboratory service, with very good prices and a variety of studies. The staff is very friendly, both in the pharmacy and in the laboratory; The latter is very nice, encourages you and treats you very well, with a big smile. I congratulate them widely.
A highly recommended place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A veces tienen buen servicio pero la mayoría de veces son lentos, casi no hay gente te atienda en mostrador, no sabes cuándo es formarte o cuando es por turno, sobretodo en la mañana es un desastre. El consultorio está bien, los doctores son buenos pero a las enfermeras siempre les ha faltado tacto.

Tenían como a 10 personas esperando ser atendidas, y los farmacéuticos platicando entre ellos, y todo lo hacían con una lentitud impresionante. Tardé 20 minutos en ser atendida y el medicamento que quería agotado "por el momento" dicen ellos, pero en realidad está agotado desde hace más de un mes y no te saben decir para cuándo lo tendrán de nuevo. Con dos medicamentos me ha pasado eso, porque tardan mucho en volver a surtir cuando algo se termina.
