Una persona de aspecto robusto con lentes del sexo femenino fue la que me negó la entrada.
I just went to this branch and they denied me the service because it was already closed and it was 5 minutes before the announced closing time. And they still had a client inside.
A sturdy-looking person with female glasses was the one who denied me entry.
