★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un poco exagerados ya los costos de las medicinas, deberían tener genéricos pero hay similares bastante cerca (rumbo a Walmart) ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su politica de no aceptar mascotas se me hace muy mala, ya que no creo que una mascota pueda contaminar o ensuciar un establecimiento que esta totalmente fuera de las normas de higiene hay medicamento y precederos en el mismo sitio.
Its policy of not accepting pets is very bad for me, since I do not believe that a pet can contaminate or dirty an establishment that is totally outside the norms of hygiene there are medicines and precederos in the same place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuenta con diferentes productos, tanto farmacéuticos como de abarrotes, hay servicio a domicilio y siempre está muy surtida. Su mayor defecto es q los refrescos casi nunca están fríos.
It has different products, both pharmaceutical and grocery, there is home delivery and it is always well stocked. Its biggest flaw is that soft drinks are almost never cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar bastante completo para ir por tus comestibles como leche, papas o chucherías. El único detalle que le veo es que los precios son extremadamente elevados. Ejemplo: Un garrafon de Agua de 20 litros qué puedes encontrar en otros lados por $40-45 te lo terminan dando en $51 pesos. Todo tiene precios por arriba de lo normal y se entiende, cuando tienen como 20 empleados en un lugar donde apenas si puedes pasar por los pasillos, muchas bocas qué alimentar.
Aveces parece que los empleados te mientan la madre porque se la pasan hablando en alguna clase de dialecto autóctono.
Detalles nadamas. Como es el único sitio qué tiene todo en la zona abusan de los precios. En fin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus repartidores son muy groseros, lo peor de todo es que actúan como si no prestaran un servicio y en lugar de arreglar un inconveniente de la manera adecuada se ponen en berrinche como si no operaran un negocio serio.
Tuve un inconveniente con el repartidor, lo reporté solo para saber si iban a traerme lo que pedí no tanto con el afán de pelearme y el "encargado" me comenzó a decir que yo tenía la culpa de que su repartidor fuera grosero (ni me dejó hablar) le dije que si me iba a mandar mi medicina o no, para pedirla en otro lado, me dijo que si y nunca me llegó nada. ¿Cuál era el problema en decir, no le voy a mandar nada porque soy un inmaduro igual que mis empleados? Que ridículos y poco serios.
Yo sí me tengo que aguantar a qué un sin fin de veces me traigan lo que quieran sin preguntar si lo quiero o no y SIEMPRE después de 2 horas.
Asco de servicio, no lo recomiendo.
Their deliverers are very rude, worst of all, act as if they were not performing a service and instead arrange a drawback properly put into tantrum or not operate a serious business.
I had a problem with the dealer, reported it just to see if they would bring me what I asked not so much an effort to fight me and the "manager" I started saying that I was to blame for his delivery was rude (and will not let me talk) I said if I was going to send my medicine or not, to ask elsewhere, and told me that if I never did anything. What was the problem saying, I'm not going to send anything because I'm an immature like my employees? How ridiculous and flippant.
I do I have to put up with what endless times bring me whatever they want without asking whether I want it or not and even after 2 hours.
Asco service, not recommended.
