★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé para llevar a mi perro y me dijeron que la doctora se desocupaba a las 2 pm. Llegué antes para que mi perro fuera atendido, espere hasta las 4:30 Esperé por qué era necesario que revisaran a mi perro. Cuando me pasaron la doctora con mala actitud empezó a hacerme preguntas esperando que yo conociera su tecnicismo. Le pregunté que por qué citaban a sus clientes sabiendo que tardaría tanto y por su falta de profesionalismo en vez de pedir disculpas me pidió que me fuera. Es una pena ya que mi perro necesitaba atención y me habían recomendado mucho éste lugar. Y estando en semáforo rojo no se vale tener a tanta gente esperando. La verdad lamentable el servicio que recibí.

When they passed me the doctor with a bad attitude began to ask me questions hoping that I would know her technicality. I asked him why they were summoning their clients knowing it would take so long and because of his lack of professionalism instead of apologizing he asked me to leave. It's a shame as my dog needed attention and this place had been highly recommended to me. And being at a red light it is not worth having so many people waiting. The unfortunate truth is the service I received.

Cada visita entre medicamentos y consulta era en promedio de $1000
