Un amigo extranjero pasó a comprar un medicamento que suele costar 10 pesos y pago CIEN!!! porque al verle la cara de extranjero le dieron el de marca. Al pedir el cambio por uno genérico le dijeron que era imposible, imposible regresar el dinero e imposible cambiarlo por otros productos que sumaran el total en caso que no pudiera regresar dinero. O sea, IMPOSIBLE TODO. Incluso el vendedor se le reía en su cara. Y ninguno de los otros empleados hicieron nada. Deberían hacer un despido total de los empleados y contratar gente CAPACITADA para atender al público y respetar al TURISTA, que por eso luego dejan a México mal ante el mundo. Ya leí otras criticas negativas sobre el local aquí abajo, los dueños deberían hacer algo por su empresa, al fin y al cabo farmacias y buenas SOBRAN por esa calle. VERY BAD SERVICE !!! Ojalá hagan algo con el personal y si no es 24 horas que la cierren por completo. Para no estar esperanzados de que te atenderán. I hope they do something with the staff and if it's not 24 hours they close it completely. To not be hopeful that they will attend to you.

Maybe this is because of the time I went since they appear to be open 24 hours. The women was helpful and kind and I got the meds I needed for a UTI. The price was high for an antibiotic $15 for one box of Ciprofloxacino, 14 tablets; definitely they inflate prices for tourists: this is a very cheap antibiotic. I always bring an antibiotic with me from the states but being here for 6 months I had used the ones I had brought with me. She showed me the price on a calculator, not on the box or official price list, and gave me the amount in pesos and dollars. For me it was worth it even if I paid more than the average cost and would go back again if I needed medicine outside of normal pharmacy hours.
