★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los médicos son muy acertados. Sin embargo, la dra de la mañana ya por todo te manda a hacer análisis de sangre y orina. Pero lo PEOR son las personas que he cobran, son poco amables, déspotas y groseras. Luego están platicando y por eso no te cobran y si les dices algo simplemente contestan "permítame ahorita le cobro" y si peleas más te dicen que si gustas puedes "ir a otro lado"
 Doctors are very successful. However, the morning dra already sends you to do blood and urine tests. But the WORST are the people I have charged, they are unkind, despotic and rude. Then they are talking and that is why they do not charge you and if you tell them something they simply answer "let me pay you right now" and if you fight more they tell you that if you like you can "go somewhere else"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo único que no me gusta es que no hay servicio a domicilio por la madrugada, la atención es buena y hay lo que quieres, puedes preguntar en el número telefónico sin problemas y si te contestan. Esta abierto las 24h.
The only thing I don't like is that there is no home delivery at dawn, the service is good and there is what you want, you can ask on the phone number without problems and if they answer you. It is open 24 hours a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando me dieron la cotización del medicamento que me recetaron me dieron el precio por pieza (metoclopramida 15 c/u inyectable) y no por caja lo cual resulta más caro ya que me lo recetaron una diaria por 5 días.. Deberían de vender por caja ya que hay precios llegan a confundir a uno como cliente.
When they gave me the quote for the medicine they prescribed, they gave me the price per piece (metoclopramide 15 each injection) and not per box, which is more expensive since they prescribed it for me once a day for 5 days. They should sell per box. since there are prices they get to confuse one as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los doctores que me an revisado excelentes.son muy bienos,pero lo que no me gusta es que segun ponen que la consulta cuesta 30 pesos y llegue a las 7:30 am y me cobraron 90 pesos.
The doctors who have reviewed me are excellent, they are very good, but what I don't like is that according to what they say, the consultation costs 30 pesos and arrives at 7:30 am and they charged me 90 pesos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucha vigilancia ya que la zona es de peligro pero la atención de los doctores es excelente, solo la empleada que atiende siempre parece que está enojada con la vida pero de ahí en fuera la atención es muy buena, precios accesibles, también hacen exámenes de sangre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de la Sra "Maxi León"!, De cabello teñido de rubio y lentes, no tiene idea de lo que es servicio a clientes ni mucho menos de lo que es una tarjeta válida de débito. Según ella no aceptan las tarjetas "NU" ni la "KLAR" argumentando que "esas tarjetas no están soportadas por ningún banco"... Siendo que son EMITIDAS por bancos reales y RESPALDADAS por Master Card y VISA, la señora tiene más preocupación por irse a tiempo que por la satisfacción de los clientes!... Deberían de capacitar bien a sus empleados para evitar este tipo de situaciones tan de mal gusto, sin embargo aún con la "aptitud", no se puede cambiar la "actitud".
Terrible attention from Mrs. "Maxi León"! With dyed blonde hair and glasses, she has no idea what customer service is, much less what a valid debit card is.
