★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, después de mas de una hora de espera y de una manera muy grosera no me quisieron vender un medicamento del cual tenia receta y había ya comprado el algunas ocaciones en el mismo lugar y el mismo medicamento, después de 10 minutos hablando con el muy altanero repartidor se llevo mi receta según el para verificar, a su vez yo llame a la sucursal para reportarlo y solicitar hablar con el encargado, que no se encontraba en ese momento, y me contesto la señorita Erika que igualmente grosera dijo que no me vendería el medicamento y negándose a pasarme al encargado en turno. Después de ese evento desagradable fui a otra sucursal de la MISMA empresa y muy amablemente me atendieron ye dieron el medicamento sin mayor problema a lo que quiero añadir que yo contaba con receta original e ife en mano, quiero reportar a la sucursal altabrisa Merida que cuenta con una pésima administración y atención al cliente.
