★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this pharmacy a number of times. I prefer the one on the Zocalo, but this one is pretty decent . In my experience, no one speaks English. That's fine as far as it goes, I speak Spanish, but medical terminology requires a translator. Which is to say, most of my pharmacy experiences have required me to look things up to talk or ask questions.
It also really depends on how much the clerk wants to help you by speaking for foreigners.
Don't expect to walk in there and default to English. Of course this is true anywhere not touristy, but I think it's a bit different when you might be talking about something life or death (drug interactions, allergies, heart medicine, etc).
