They do not make valid payments with Mercado Pago. (They only have the sign on the door) Then the offers on the Mercado Libre page are not valid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les falta actitud de servicio. Llevé a alguien a consulta. Llegamos al área de consulta médica y no había nadie. Entré a la farmacia, en donde estaban solo 4 personas, todas ellas trabajadoras de Farmacia Benavides. Se encontraban hasta el fondo, ninguna de ellas preguntó si me podía ayudar en algo, siendo que vieron que venía del área de consulta.
Pregunté si había médico que pudiera atendernos con una consulta y una de ellas me contestó "Si, yo soy"... fue todo. Acto seguido pregunté si teníamos que pagar primero, a lo que otra de ellas contestó que si y procedió a cobrarme...
La consulta estuvo bien. Sin nada que resaltar. Pero, definitivamente les hace falta una mejor actitud de servicio.
La ubicación es buena.
Las consultas son muy baratas.
En el área de consulta se encontraba una lista de precios... sin precios!!!
They lack service attitude. I took someone in for a consultation. We arrived at the medical consultation area and there was no one. I entered the pharmacy, where there were only 4 people, all of them workers of Farmacia Benavides. They were all the way to the bottom, none of them asked if they could help me with anything, since they saw that it was coming from the consultation area.
I asked if there was a doctor who could assist us with a consultation and one of them answered "Yes, I am"... that was all. Then I asked if we had to pay first, to which another one answered yes and proceeded to charge me...
The consultation was fine. With nothing to highlight. But, they definitely need a better service attitude.
The location is good.
Consultations are very cheap.
In the consultation area there was a price list... no prices!!!
