★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la tercera vez que voy a comprar y me dicen que no tienen cambio y tengo que irme a la farmacia de al lado. Que alguien le diga por favor a su encargado que cruzando Insurgentes hay un banco, y que en los bancos cambian billetes grandes por monedas o billetes de menor denominación, digo, les ayudaría a tener cambio y no perder clientes, sólo por si les interesa!!!!
It is the third time that I am going to buy and they tell me that they have no change and I have to go to the pharmacy next door. Someone please tell your manager that there is a bank crossing Insurgentes, and that in the banks they exchange large bills for coins or smaller bills, I mean, it would help them to have change and not lose customers, just in case they are interested! !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay pruebas para covid. Es un lugar grande, sin embargo no puede haber más de tres personas adentro al parecer, lo cual es muy molesto esperar afuera bajo el sol ardiente.
There is no testing for covid. It's a big place, however there can't be more than three people inside apparently, which is very annoying to wait outside in the hot sun.

Venimos para hacer un test antígeno, nos dicen que es rápido. Llegados a la consulta, hay una sola doctora para hacer tests y atender a pacientes con cualquier problema de salud. Total, una cola de varias horas cuando habíamos dicho que estabamos apurados.
Pedimos que nos devuelvan el dinero para hacer el test en otro lugar y nos dicen que no. La señora que atiende en la farmacia se queda inmóvil cuando le pido por favor que busque una solución o que pregunte a la doctora cuando nos pueda atender.
Me contesta que lo importante aquí no es que me atiendan a tiempo, sino que la doctora no se enfade, y que si no estoy contenta con el servicio que me vaya.
Nunca he visto peor trato a un cliente.
A pharmacy scam, the only thing they care about is billing.
We come to do an antigen test, they tell us it's fast. Arrived at the consultation, there is only one doctor to do tests and attend to patients with any health problem. Total, a queue of several hours when we said we were in a hurry.
We ask that they refund the money to do the test in another place and they say no. The lady who attends the pharmacy remains motionless when I ask her to please find a solution or ask the doctor when she can attend us.
He replied that the important thing here is not that they treat me on time, but that the doctor does not get angry, and that if I am not happy with the service, that I leave.
I have never seen worse treatment of a client.
