I have been going to Benavides for a few years on my trips to Mexico. This was my first trip to this particular Benavides pharmacy. The service was terrible and I am going to recommend any american to stay away from this pharmacy and other Benavides pharmacies. The lady fierta filled an incorrect perscription when the perscription ticket specifically said 90 days. I went back to my doctor who said it was for 90 days. I went back to this store to obtain a refund with the credit card. She would not refund the card even with my reciept and unopened perscription. She would not even do an exchange for the correct perscription which was 3 of them. She called someone on the phone. Since I speak very little spanish I didnt understand what she was saying. She then called over a young guy who is apparently a manager of this store who would not give a refund. I find it hard to believe that this store would not give a refund with a receipt especially when it was her fault. Both these employees should be fired.
