Le pedi que avisaran antes y que pusieran un letrero y me dijo "yo acabo de llegar" le dije que aun asi es su responsabilidad, despues de 3 veces de pedirle la cintraseña me dijo que no me la iba a dar que desde ayer no funcionaba O SEA DESDE UN DIA ANTES LO SABIA Y NO PUSI LETRERO.
Les pido que capaciten mejor a sus empleados en cuanto a servicio al cliente.
I went to print photographs and 15 min later - since there were many - the lady told me that bo was going to give me the printing password because it was not working. I asked him to let me know before and put a sign and he told me "I just arrived" I told him that even so it is his responsibility, after 3 times asking him for the password he told me that he was not going to give it to me since yesterday it didn't work OR BE IT FROM A DAY BEFORE I KNEW IT AND I DIDN'T PUSI LETRERO.
I ask you to better train your employees in customer service.
