★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio telefónico y a domicilio. Llamas desde las 7pm para un domicilio a dos cuadras de la farmacia y dicen que no saben si van a alcanzar a enviarlo antes de cerrar el servicio a domicilio (9pm). Ni siquiera tomaron la orden. Mala actitud de servicio al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tipo del mostrador no quiso vender un antibiótico que por que el nombre de la medicina en la receta médica no era "igual" a como lo tenía en su base de datos y sugirió que un médico, que seguramente tiene el doble de años de estudio, puso "mal la receta". Vale la pena aclarar que la medicina en la presentación requerida se llama EXACTAMENTE IGUAL a como decía la receta, además de que las dosis ordenadas por el doctor sumaban exactamente la misma cantidad de dosis en la medicina. Sin embargo, como su base de datos ponía un número diferente (el número de dosis totales) al número con el que se mercadea la medicina, se puso necio que no era el medicamento. Y por cierto, teníamos un envase del medicamento vacío con el que se podía corroborar lo que estábamos comprando.
No es la primera vez que nos pasa algo así, solo por que no hay muchas farmacias en esta parte de Polanco seguramente siguen teniendo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor farmacia de Polanco. Siempre malas experiencias de servicio y surtido. Fui a consulta medica para que me inyectaran Bellodecta y la Dra. cero profesional, primero estaba con un disque paciente pero era su amiga por que después se quedo ella y seguían platicando. Me pidió análisis de sangre para la vitamina. Ridículo no es algo controlado fui a la FARMACIA SAN PABLO y por supuesto ahí sí me pusieron la vitamina. Como me queda a 100m de la casa a veces termino ahí pero es la peoooor!!!
The worst pharmacy in Polanco. Always bad experiences of service and assortment. I went to a doctor's office to have Bellodecta and Dr. Zero injected with me. First, I was with a patient record, but she was her friend because then she stayed and they kept talking. He asked me for blood tests for the vitamin. Ridiculous is not a controlled thing. I went to the SAN PABLO PHARMACY and of course they gave me the vitamin. As I have 100m from the house sometimes I end there but it is the peoooor!

Cuidado con el este tema el médico, no debería inyectar estando solo con una mujer, pero no hay ni ayudante ni nadie de la farmacia vino, cuiden a las pacientes mujeres!!
INVIÉRTANLE BENAVIDES... llame a su call center para elevar mi queja y nunca nadie me contestó, PÉSIMO SERVICIO desde call center, farmacia y médicos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué 15 minutos antes de las 11:00 y me dicen que ya esta cerrado... Y su horario dice lo contrario..... Muy mal servicio.. por eso vallan a farmacias San Pablo siempre surtidos y 24 hrs.
