El día martes 04 de Agosto 2020 fui a surtir una receta, no me dejaron entrar, solamente por la ventanilla me recogieron la receta y sin dar tiempo a instrucciones de mi parte la Señora encargada se dirigió a surtirla, después de un rato regresó y en la caja que tenía cercana a la puerta marcó los productos y se acercó a decirme el total. Le comenté que quería revisar los productos que me estaba dando por lo que me abrió la puerta y cuando iba a empezar a revisar las cajas me aventó de mala gana una caja de pastillas diciendo enojada “ahí están” y me dijo que estaba restringido el paso a 1 persona por familia que por eso no me había abierto, que no era porque no quisiera (cosa extraña porque yo iba sola, únicamente mi esposo me estaba esperando a unos cuantos metros de la puerta) Para empezar tengo el derecho de revisar lo que me están entregando y por lo que estoy pagando, mi intención era revisar que me dieran el medicamento completo para los 3 meses de mi tratamiento, y de hecho me estaba dando solo 1 caja por medicamento. Al final decidí no comprar ahí por lo grosera que fue la empleada. Fui a otra farmacia y surtí todo pagando alrededor de $3,000 pesos, así que quien perdió fue la empresa.
Terrible service! On Tuesday August 04, 2020 I went to fill a prescription, they did not let me in, only through the window they picked up the prescription and without giving time for instructions from me, the lady in charge went to fill it, after a while she returned and in the box near the door marked the products and came over to tell me the total. I told her that I wanted to review the products she was giving me, so she opened the door for me and when I was about to go through the boxes, she reluctantly threw a box of pills at me, saying angrily "there they are" and she told me that the passage was restricted. to 1 person per family who for that reason had not opened me, which was not because I did not want to (strange thing because I was going alone, only my husband was waiting for me a few meters from the door) To begin with, I have the right to review what They are giving me and for what I am paying, my intention was to check that they gave me the full medication for the 3 months of my treatment, and in fact I was only giving 1 box per medication. In the end I decided not to buy there because of how rude the employee was. I went to another pharmacy and supplied everything paying around $ 3,000 pesos, so the company lost.
